Over the past 25 years I have been advising clients on how to grow their businesses and grow their wealth. I have seen clients take my advice and develop multi million dollar businesses and wealth. I have also seen clients struggle. This is what motivated me to develop a 7 Workshop series designed to improve the profitability, cash flow and growth of my clients’ businesses and then show them how to use the business cash flow to create wealth.
My goals are to inspire, educate and challenge business owners to develop the best business they can, by giving them the right tools, information and encouragement, to create the best outcome and achieve their goals. My belief is “Your Success Starts with the Right Advice”

My accountancy career began in 1990 after finishing my Administration and Secretarial Diploma. I worked in a two partner firm in Epping as the reception/secretary for 10 years before co-founding SP Solutions with my husband Sam in 2002.
Starting our own accounting and financial planning practice in Balwyn North came with its challenges but has been the most rewarding business, especially watching our clients grow with us.
We have three teenage children who keep us busy with their sporting activities. We love to head to our beach house over the weekend with the family. Travel is a must in the Polimeni household; I also enjoy cooking, gardening, and interior decorating.

With a particular focus on trades, services and manufacturing businesses, both myself and the team behind me just really enjoy helping our clients in any way we can. This includes ‘the boring, accountant stuff’ like everyday tax compliance & business services, long-term tax planning and structuring advice, property tax and development feasibility advice, presenting our Small Business Growth Workshops, working with State & Federal government on various SME grants and heaps of ‘other stuff’. But what I enjoy doing most is helping clients understand their personal vision, set the plan to achieve it and helping the owner ‘Make it Happen’. Helping them turn dreams into reality!

After more than a decade working with SME’s in tax, audit and advisory roles, I joined SP Solutions in 2011 as the firm’s Business Manager. Responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial planning practices, the role allowed me to experience first hand the varied day to day issues that business owners face. This included finance, workforce planning, systems & processes, sales & marketing, strategic planning and human resources.
Since mid 2016 I have been transitioning back into a client relationship role, using the breadth of tax and accounting experience gained in my early career with business management insight from my most recent role. It has been during this period where I have had the benefit of working closely with Sam to expand on my property knowledge, an area in which I have always held a keen interest. This combination of experience has provided me with a greater appreciation of the many challenges small business owners face – not just tax and accounting. As a result my team and I strive to provide a level of service to our clients to reduce as much of the stress of running a small business as we can.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, including supporting my two daughters and their basketball teams and heading to the football with my extended family to cheer on Essendon. I’m also a craft beer enthusiast, novice home brewer and temporarily retired lawn bowler.
Paul Moschetti, CA
I have almost 20 years experience in public practice accounting and I’m a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. I’ve worked at SP Solutions for over 10 years and in that time I’ve been involved in not just day to day business but complex projects and transactions also. I now specialise in the more complex areas of tax including small business concessions, property transactions, business acquisition and disposal, restructuring, corporate tax, and many others. I’ve also completed a Masters Degree in Taxation. I strive to do an exceptional job for everyone I meet, and I support the team in technical areas of business services and tax, and ensure that the team exceeds the quality standards required and expected of a CPA firm. I’m here to get results!
Marc Papazzo, CA
I joined the team at SP Solutions in 2012, where I have since built upon and expanded my extensive knowledge of taxation and business in the public practice sector. As a consultant in our taxation division, I provide advice in a wide range of tax areas to both business and individual clients. I assist with preparation of their financial reporting, internal accounting, business and investment structuring, analysis of investment decisions, tax planning – along with numerous other tax advisory matters.
I encourage my clients to establish business, financial and personal goals, so I can apply my vast accounting knowledge and experience towards helping them develop and implement strategies – both tax and business – to ensure the successful achievement of all their goals. It is my passion to see clients succeed and obtain the outcomes that they desire.
When I’m not working, you can always find me playing either soccer or a round of golf.
Daniel Izzo, CPA
I have been part of the SP Solutions family since September 2011, after graduating from VU with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. Since then I have become a Certified Practicing Accountant and developed a keen interest in the use of cloud computing in the business & personal finance world. My philosophy with clients is simply to educate them and take care of the accounting so they can focus on both their business & personal goals. When I’m not in the office, you will most likely find me working on a project around the house with my wife or at Mum & Dad’s having a coffee.
I have worked at SP Solutions since December 2014 after completing my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. My role at this stage consists of mostly tax compliance work, but I also like to assist clients wherever possible including correspondence with the Tax Office if necessary. I am also currently working towards completing my CPA. I have a background in the retail & customer service industry having worked for multiple retail stores whilst studying through high school & university. I am a huge sports fan, in particular football & soccer. I play football at my local club and I support Carlton, AC Milan & Melbourne Victory so feel free to join in the banter! My other interests include catching up with friends & kicking back to watch a movie or the latest season of Game of Thrones
Senior Consultant – Business Advisory
I joined SP Solutions in 2013 to focus on providing our clients with a full range of business advisory services. I enjoy solving problems and love the challenges that my role brings. I always look for opportunities to push my boundaries, to learn new things and I always try to make the most of all that comes my way. When I am not volunteering for local charities, my weekends are generally spent exploring the sights and sounds of Melbourne with my husband and my friends.
I am a recent graduate from La Trobe University with a double degree in Accounting and Economics and I have recently joined the SP Solutions team as a Graduate Accountant. I am an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who is eager to succeed in my Accounting career, with aspirations to successfully complete professional studies.
Prior to joining SP Solutions I was a Store Manager for my parent’s seafood retail business which they have operated for 20 years.
In my leisure time I enjoy training Muay Thai, playing Futsal, indulging in coffee, dining at restaurants and watching AFL, EPL and Ligue 1. I also enjoy travelling and I hope to see a vast amount of Asia within the next few years.
My Accountancy career is beginning at SP Solutions in 2017, having completed my Bachelor of Business degree in 2016. I am an incredibly driven individual, and the supportive environment I have encountered at this organization has enabled me to progress my skills and professional qualifications. Furthermore, I am about to resume studies to obtain CPA status in the near future. On a personal level, I thoroughly enjoy watching the Bombers play football over a cold beer, walking my Border Collie Leo with my girlfriend, and having the odd poker night with my friends.

I joined SP Solutions as a graduate Accountant in May 2002. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce. When I started as a Tax Accountant, I enjoyed the exposure to different types of clients and businesses. Seeing clients succeed gave me great satisfaction. These days, I juggle my part-time work as an Internal Accountant/Bookkeeper with raising my 3 children. My favorite pastimes include travelling with my family, shopping and baking!

My Marketing Communications career began at BBOWT (a National Wildlife Trust) after completing my BA in Business Information Systems at UWE Bristol, England. My career path so far, has taken me from a ‘Not for Profit’ in Oxford, England, to a $multi-million corporation (SKYCITY) in Auckland, NZ, to an ever developing Events and Client Relationship Management role at SP Solutions, Melbourne.
With three horses, three cats, a pug and two gorgeous children (and their sporting commitments); my time away from work is never my own! I love to chat, hold family and friends very dear and always have time for a nice chilled wine!
Corporate Secretarial Officer
My 18 years experience in the public practice accounting started with Vaughan Storer & Associates Pty Ltd in 1989 as an all round office girl, eventually leaving to have my first child in December 1993. After being a stay at home mum for 5 years I decided to go back to work and joined Sam at CP Partners in 1999 as an Administration Assistant. I left in 2003 to have my third child in October, to rejoin Sam at SP Solutions in 2007 as the Corporate Secretarial Officer. I have been married for 27 years and have three beautiful children. I enjoy going to the football to see Hawthorn win, movies, and date nights with my husband.
Before joining SP Solutions in July 2015, I worked within the jewellery/retail industry and have spent the previous 12 years as the receptionist at Ford Motor Company Head Office. When I am not at work I study Remedial Massage and I practice the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I also enjoy running, dancing & reading.
